To exchange sensitive information for ship valuations and S&P brokerage diligence, Red Dot Marine Pte. Ltd. (“RdM”, “we”) offers a simple two-way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Complete the short form below and we’ll send you a countersignable copy (e-signature or PDF) within business hours.

What this NDA covers

  • Two-way confidentiality: both parties protect each other’s non-public information used for valuation, sale/purchase, charter or financing diligence.
  • Permitted use: use only to evaluate the opportunity and provide/receive the valuation or related brokerage services.
  • Need-to-know access: share only with personnel/advisers under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
  • Exclusions: information already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party without duty of confidence.
  • Compelled disclosure: allowed if required by law/regulator, with prompt notice where lawful.
  • Return/destruction: on request at the end of discussions, subject to legal/audit retention.
  • Term: confidentiality obligations survive for three (3) years after expiry/termination (longer for trade secrets).
  • No license/agency: no IP assignment, no partnership or agency created.
  • Governing law & venue: Singapore law; non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts (adjustable upon request).

  • Legal entity name & registration number
