Execution Framework

Confidential Engagement Framework

This page describes how RdM supports execution when requirements are clear, commercially aligned, and ready to progress. We welcome serious principals — and we protect credibility by operating with structured boundaries.

Mandate & authority checks KYB / compliance discipline Deal-gated progression Selective execution

Why This Framework Exists

In maritime transactions, most wasted cycles and reputational damage occur before negotiations even begin — through unclear authority, speculative enquiries, and premature market circulation.

Our engagement framework is designed to keep execution purposeful: clear requirements, verified parties, and disciplined progression.

When RdM Executes

We engage when

  • Requirements are clear and commercially realistic
  • Decision authority is identifiable
  • Timeline and engagement intent are defined
  • Discretion and disciplined market approach are expected

We pause when

  • Mandate or authority is unclear
  • Budget / rate expectations are unworkable
  • Requirements remain exploratory without time-bound intent
  • Execution would cause unnecessary market noise

Where clarity is not yet established, we may recommend an advisory-first step before execution proceeds.

Execution Gate

Execution is considered only after basic engagement readiness is confirmed: mandate/authority, counterparty comfort (KYB), and commercial feasibility.

Important: Submitting an intake form does not guarantee progression. Qualified enquiries are reverted to, and progressed step-by-step.

Execution Intake

If you represent a serious principal and the requirement is executable, please use the structured intake below. These forms help ensure clarity, comparability, and an auditable record.

Buyer Requirement Submission

All submissions are screened. Only qualified enquiries will be progressed.

Vessel for Sale Submission

All submissions are screened. Only qualified enquiries will be progressed.

Chartering Inquiry Submission

All submissions are screened. Only qualified enquiries will be progressed.

Not Ready Yet?

If you find it difficult to complete the intake meaningfully, it usually means the requirement is still forming — or the commercial feasibility is not yet clear.

In such cases, start with a short clarity step first. This prevents wasted time, protects credibility, and ensures execution is purposeful.
