What’s the turnaround time and pricing?

SLAs: 24h standard, 12h (+50% surcharge), 6h (+100% surcharge). If delays are on our side, surcharges are waived/refunded.
Is this a freight quote?
No. The Desktop Chartering Sanity Check is a preliminary desktop review only. It is not a freight quote, vessel hold, fixture recap, port approval, terminal-operability validation or operational guarantee.
What information should I prepare?
At minimum: cargo type, quantity or parcel size, load area, discharge area, timing or laycan, expected vessel type, load/discharge terms, port restrictions if known, and whether the end charterer or cargo owner authority is clear.
How do I pay?
We accept Wise payment links. A secure payment button or instruction will be included in the confirmation email. Please include your Order ID or Chartering Check reference in the payment remarks.
Can the sanity check lead to chartering support?
Yes, but only where the cargo, authority chain, commercial basis and counterparty background are sufficiently clear. RdM may then consider a Chartering Feasibility Snapshot or mandate-backed chartering support.

We review the commercial logic of the cargo, route, parcel size, vessel class, timing, port assumptions, operational constraints and visible authority-chain concerns. The output is an indicative desktop view designed to support early-stage decision-making before wider market exposure, negotiation or execution.

For serious or complex matters, the Basic or Secondary check may lead into a more detailed Chartering Feasibility Snapshot, and only thereafter into chartering execution where the opportunity is authentic, workable and mandate-backed.
